1. Not that I’ve ever really had much confidence in judges (of any country) but I’m beginning to think that you have to have some sort of mental defect to qualify for that position.  Um, do they not have wheelchairs in the UK?  Tell the SOB to buy, rent, or borrow one and to get his slimey ass to court!  Hello!

2. That’s an easy one to miss to think that just because he does cut his toenails, that he will be, as good as new, could be wrong.

   That’s because anything that you see a doctor for is a pre-existing medical condition so it really boils down to if, or if not, the toenail clipper was liciensed or not, right?

3. Hey, give the guy a break.  How can he cut his toenails? HE HAS NO HANDS! Come to think of it, they could solve the problem by cutting off his feet, too, which would have the added advantage of giving him a matched set.
