4. Chris, I think you’re a little closer to the mark than you know.  I’m convinced that a major portion of the AGW business is to reduce most of the 1st World to an economic level only slightly above the 3rd World while cementing the current seen and unseen power structure in place.

   How this is all likely to interact with the Jihadis and China is an interesting question.  China is a serious player in whole business and will enjoy the descent of the West.  The Jihadis will just enjoy anything that weakens the power of the “unbelievers”.

   What is there in current events that precludes my scenario from occurring?  I’m not talking about hopes and dreams for the benevolence of different leaders on the left or the right, or the hopes of how a particular policy may shape future events, I’m talking about what is happening and some of the possible consequences of it.

Rich, thanks for that link, I spent to long last night nearly reading it (laptop needed charging so I will finish it tonight) have you read a book called “The Unseen Hand” that is a good read too and is claimed to be true. The real question might be when will the man in the street get angry? the political elite treat us like idiots and most behave that way, the media is finished for now, at least until the accountants look at their books and those of Fox and see where the readers/listeners are. The AGW scam has shaken all sorts of grim things out of the woodwork, the left are delivering shiploads of hogwash to try and cover their tracks and it is getting more obvious by the day. As for the mussies, they will also get too blatant and we will see what happens then.
