Trouble Afoot

  1. These anarchist pukes are like wild dogs - lots of barking and yelping in groups, destructive of property (which cannot fight back) and sometimes dangerous if they can separate out a weaker individual and attack, but mostly they really are mama’s tit-suckers and pissants. Saw enough of that at the WTO riots here in Seattle; thugs and punks, but mostly cowards and cry babies.

They’ll find the brave old geez in the above post, pack attack him and beat him down, then go home bragging how they really stuck it to some baby killer, get stoned, try to get laid, jerk off and fall asleep waiting for their foodstamps and support checks to roll in.

Kinda makes me want to go there, pose as an enfeebled geezer and invite some of these drivvles off a dragon’s ass to lay a hand on me. Bones sound gooood when they snap, and these pencil dicked pussies have thin and brittle ones.

  2. Courtesy of Willie Dixon and Muddy Waters:

“I got an axe handle pistol on a graveyard frame
That shoot tombstone bullets, wearin’ balls and chain
I’m drinkin’ TNT, I’m smokin’ dynamite
I hope some schoolboy start a fight
‘Cause I’m ready, ready as anybody can be
I’m ready for you, I hope you’re ready for me”.

Keep in mind that those are lyrics to a blues song and not a rallying cry for a streetfight; the sentiment is appreciated but the affect would be lost on those most in need of the lesson.  Another lesson lost on the anti-establishment crowd is that we are at war, as we have been in the past, and when at war the time for debate about going to war has passed.  The time to choose sides and either support one’s country or one’s enemies is at hand.  Urge a peaceful end to conflict all you’d like, make reasoned and spirited arguments about early withdrawal, point out the benefits of disbanding military units, sing chants and lame folk songs about beating swords into plowshares.  But for all that is right about debate and disagreement with the government do not, for any reason, dare dishonor the people who have sacrificed for liberty.  Ever.

Trust me on this, you self-absorbed little childish asses; I am trying to help you.  There are many, many more people who have a seething boiling disgust with your antics and your points of view than agree with you.  And those people are just waiting for a chance to take out their misery on your butts, and it’s your butts that will pay the price.  Those guys might spend a night or three in jail, but it is you who will drink your meals from a straw for six weeks, and it is you who will walk with a limp, and it is you who will wish you had the vision in both eyes and your natural teeth.  Those guys don’t give a sh** because they’ve paid for theirs, now it’s your turn in the barrel.  One can of spray paint, one thrown rock, one spit in the face and the game is on.  Don’t do it.

The symbols of sacrifice--of duty, honor, and country--are also personally held values for many who have served, and to disgrace that is to invite your own destruction, both physically and for whatever support there is for your points of view.

I know most of this is idle talk, but if there are any fools out there wanting to make a statement by defacing memorials and dishonoring the veterans who served, well, the adults present will not likely use a ‘time out’ philosophy.

  3. You know what - I’d give anything to be in DC on the 17th and just stand there in my ‘My Hero Came Home, Who Is Your Hero’ t-shirt (pic of my son in his cdus, made for his homecoming in 2004) with a sign that says

When did protesting the ‘violence’ of OIF become accepting of Violence and Vandelism of America?

I can not be physical against anyone - I can not risk jail time (financially and due to a disabled hubby and son) but I want so much to simply stand and make a statement.

I shall pray that each and every American who can manage to be in DC stands quietly and strongly against this rabble who want nothing more than to relive their glory days of sex, drugs and rock and roll again - aided by a bunch of young punks who are just thugs and bums - simply because there is a Republican President.

  6. Wish I could be there.

I have a 1970’s vintage riot baton I use as a pointer in my classroom.

  7. Considering their likeliness to attack as has been established in other “demonstrations” it would be justified to hold them back at gunpoint and say you feared your own safety.  Just be sure you have all the permits you need.
