Is this wicket private land, or government-owned land? If private, then inform them they’re trespassing and that they have one hour to depart your land. Immediately go to the police and inform them you’ve issued a trespass notice personally to the trespassers, and ask that they accompany you back to the land to escort them off the grounds.
If public land, the government has to decide whether they want to ask them to leave.

Things are NOT that simple here. It can take years and in fact, one group was in possession so long that the powers that be gave in and let em stay.
These folks usually move in and actually pave and dig ceptic tanks etc., ALL on a weekend and better still on a long holiday wkend when authorities not available. By the start of a business week they are entrenched and kids registered for school. Once kids registered their lawyers argue how stressful on kiddies taking them out of school which they are entitled to yadda,yadda. It gets VERY involved. It’s maddening to the communities where they impose themselves.
Oh yeah .. btw.
They have now been declared a “Race” and so criticism constitutes ... you guessed it. “Racism.”
And that’s the world this generation of Brits have made for themselves much to the anger and frustration of those Brits who see all this for the scam it is.LyndonB has tons more on this subject and is more knowledgeable but I’ve skimmed the surface.

Is it that the police are useless jobsworths who the people can not count on, or is it that the government directly over the police have hamstrung their ability to enforce the law and keep the peace?
Is physical force a legal option if the police won’t help enforce a trespass order? Force is always an option, no law can change that reality, the only factor to consider is whether the full force of law will come down on you afterward, and you’re likely to do 20 years behind bars (or worse.)
What’s a private land-owner to do in Britain when faced with this situation?
As for the “racist” thing: I can’t wait until someone calls them on their bullshit bluff. People who sling this term around are counting on you to avoid that mantle-of-shame at any cost. They don’t know what to do when you willingly accept and wear it, and then come at them strong again:
Ie: “Yes, I am a racist. That doesn’t change the fact that those people are trespassing on my land, I’ve informed them of this, and they’ve refused to leave. Further, they issued threats against me in response to my demand that they leave. Do your duty. Enforce the law, or you can enjoy facing off against me in front of a judge, in court, regarding your blatant refusal to uphold the law.”
(Assuming of course that there’s any mechanism whereby you can sue the police or the government above them for incidents where they blatently refuse to help the law abiding when needed, just like this...)
Tiger, Lyndon (if he see this) will be better able to explain why the cops can do nothing. Maybe Chris as well. It really is convoluted crap and there’s no denying that. But it’s how these ppl operate and have been for a long time.
I don’t understand yet how it got this way. But I do know that their lawyers are pretty damn good at what they do. Also, as already stated, they’ve been designated as a ‘race.’

About 18mos ago some property was bought in a busy village a mile or so down the road from us. A large corner property. Major markets building there now as I write. But back when the property was still intact, a small group moved in on it and they actually posted pre-printed signs warning people not to cause them problems or use racial oaths etc., under pain of law suits. They even had, right on the signs, the exact statute under law they would invoke. These bastards are organized and btw, the Irish ones are better at it then their English counterparts, from what I have read.
Peiper: I hope that Lyndon or Chris replies then. The situation sounds like it’s utterly upside-down from a property rights, and legal standpoint.
Obviously their tactics can be known in advance if you want to research them. A smart town would set up their local laws to help prevent this sort of nonsense, and would have legal responses at-the-ready for the migrants’ legal threats on their placards. Such a town would have their own lawyers and judges willing to open session on a Saturday morning to deal with an incursion, and police willing to enforce orders.
If this nonsense keeps up long enough, let’s hope we see some of that.
