total capitulation

 

1. I was hoping since this started that things were different - but now I’m glad I gave up my republican registration - now I have to decide what I’m going to register as. My state senator actually came up with a law to wipe out (or at least make it incredibly hard) for any ‘minor’ parties (please read that as The Tea Party - our state GOP has rabid dislike for the TP - as it wants to stop this lifelong career/dynasty GOP entrenched elitism) - to get on the ballot. I can’t stand what’s happening from the grassroots (local - Cincy’s two Mayoral candidates are Dems - what kind of ‘choice’ is that?) to the Spite House.

   And Boehner just kicked the can down the road. And let loose the first Dem victory of the big o’s second term.

2. I can’t say that I’m surprised, and I believe the worst part is that I’ve read a lot of comments on different sites saying this would happen.

   It’s times like these that I regret moving to Ohio - I should have stayed in Texas!
