Tony Blair Gets Tough

  1. Is there ANY way, when George Bushs term runs out in 2008 that we could get Tony Blair to run?? I’d be willing to put him on a fast tract to citizenship and then ramrod thru a constitutional amendment to allow him to run. (but not Swarzennegger) How the hell did he ever get along with Clinton?? GO Tony, kick the bastards out!!!  Of course our ACLU will probably demand that we take whatever trash he tosses in over here. We seem to be the garbage landfill of the world.

  2. Oh, donc’ha know, the ACLU defines bombing and terrorism as “free speech” and that it should be protected by the constitution (never mind that it is being done by enemy combatants, illegal aliens, etc)…

So, when is OUR government going to smarten up and follow this proper and non-politikally-korrekt course of action?

    HELLO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  is anybody out there?!?!?!?

    Let’s start today RIGHT NOW!!!!

  4. I don’t want to burst your bubble but really this is all hot air. It was Blair and his government that introduced human rights laws that were compatible with the moonbat human rights crap coming from Europe. As a consequence the lawyers and judges have prevented deportation of hundreds of thousands of failed asylum seekers. They have further prevented extradition of terrorists to the US or any country where they could potentially face the death penalty.

In the 60’s Britain gave up capital punishment but retained the penalty of hanging for treason. Even that is gone now (a real shame as there are plenty of people who would gladly pull the lever on George Galloway). From my experience Blair talks a good job but in reality it’s all blather. His wife wears the trousers and she will make sure he doesn’t do anything too radical. I think it unlikely that Britain’s border security will improve they are too scared of upsetting the euroweenies.

As for him running for office in the US, well guys the reality is Blair has a lot more in common with Clinton that with GWB. The man is a socialist at heart and has managed to get elected by acting and sounding more like a Tory than an old school Labour politician. At the moment he has a reasonable majority but there are plenty more wankers like Galloway in the Labour party. Maybe not quite as extreme but not far short. If things get tricky you will see a resurgence of the loony left and Blair will start singing a different tune.

  5. LyndonB: I didn’t want to come right out and say it so I’m glad you did. You are 100% correct on all points. I am withholding judgement until I see if Blair carries through on this. I don’t have too high hopes though because, even though he sided with President Bush in the war on terror, he is a socialist liberal at heart and his wife is a bloody communist.

With any luck, the Conservatives in Britain can regain power in 2007. We can only hope they string Galloway up soon. I’ll gladly offer to help. I’ll even pay my own airfare to get there for the party.

    LOL

  7. MY two least favorite Presidents came from Georgia and Arkansas. Suprisingly, they were both DemocRATS.  Must be something in the Kool-Aid at the Democratic Conventions!

  8. I think its the inbreeding in arkansas that is the problem.  Lets see now, how many prez’s have we had from Texas???  Ike, Dipshit lbj, bush1 and bush2. One and a half good ones ain’t bad outta four!! (and the half would be Ike, Bush2 wasn’t worth the sweat on my...ah...oh well.. I will never forgive him for giving that stupid award to El Drunk-o Teddybutt Kennedy. Do you feel the fireants LBJ!!!  I even hate driving on your stupid freeway!!!

  10. Yup, LyndonB, I concur 100%. Any “Get Tough” policy would be nullified in the courts by She Of The Enormous Mouth and her cronies. New Labour stole the Tory wardrobe 10 years ago, and he’s just trying on an old pair of Winston’s underpants. Has he the balls to fill them? Don’t make me laugh… mad

The Special Relationship (thank God) is much greater than any pair of leaders. I feel it is more of a social & spiritual bond than a political one.

Keep up the good work, Skipper.  cheese

  11. I understand what Lyndon and DWMF are saying. Americans like Tony only because of his staunch support in the GWoT. We don’t have to live with his socialist agenda and all the damage he has wrought with it.

We’ve got more than enough socialist/progressive/PC/moonbats in this country as it is. If we really wanted more it’d be more convenient to import them from Canada, eh. That place is rife with ‘em. They base their politics on not being America and depend on us for their defense because they have almost entirely eliminated their military defense in favor of their social(ist) programs, then attempt to rub our noses in their superiority. Yeah, right.

Our platform: Pot in every chicken, a 2000-mile-long electrified fence along the border with Mexico with open-season on any that get through, free medical insurance for everyone to be paid for by rich New England Democrats (Kerry, Kennedy) and Hollywood millionaires, a flat tax of 15%, Saudi Arabia to made 51st state, grisly public executions for any act of terrorism, deportation of all radical MOOS-LIMS and finally, a 40% pay raise for all military personnel.

Vote For The Crack In The Middle! Don’t Cast Your Vote For Bullshit!

  14. No sweat! I have my own “Karl Rove” guarding my back (actually two): Frank and Stanley. Both well armed so pass the bong and let’s start cutting taxes. BTW, I will appoint BobF as Secretary Of Defense and Annoying Little Twerp as Secretary Of State. I think Macker would be best as Attorney General. And StinKerr gets to be Ambassador to the UN!
