I don’t believe their claims that they don’t have access to the content, either.
Sadly - NJ also pointed out that the gun purchase applications (which are to be held for 60 days) are also being kept for much longer - and one has to wonder - for what use?!?
We have entered the dark days - much depends upon whether freedom and liberty loving people are going to stand up and fight back or simply accept as inevitable what is coming.
As someone who was told for almost 29 years that I was going to die - inevitable does not ever cross my mind anymore. The experts - aren’t.
The FBI etc. had the intercepts on the Ft. Hood shooter but sat on their hands anyway. Methinks the current administations reestablishment of seperations between intelligence and law enforcement services shows that homegrown/imported jihadis aren’t their focus.
We, the citizenry, are…
Bear in mind that the EU is working on a rival to Navstar called Galileo which will allow cars to be fitted with tracking devices. They will sell this as a way of reducing insurance premiums. Then you have RFID chips in all new UK passports so they can track you when you leave the country. How much longer will it be before they start fitting implants like they do with dogs now. “For your own good” of course.
I call bullshit on the content bit, they will be snooping in a vast amount of data so they are really going to make it harder by seperating the content, also its the content they want. I pray I get my Canadian passport before the fancy ones come out (if I doo can I roll up my old one and force it where G Brown or his bum chum Blair really would not want it?)
Chris the RFID passports have been out for a coupleof years. If you see a load of wires in the back page that is teh devices antenna. If you renew yours it will come with the chip in it. Canadian passports will have them from 2011 onwards.
