Agreed, no foul, but then, how many on the LIV side do you think are going to catch that? It’s pretty fishy though, it just being there, unless they’d priced it too high. I just today received an upper assembly I’d ordered in November. Yeah, it was on the leading edge of the crazy, but my name was pretty high on the list. Thing is, what was Mr. gun control doing buying a .45 in the first place?

No, Drew, No - Kelly went into a gun shop to purchase a .45 he ordered, saw the AR-15 and bought that and some magazines (liberals are allowed to be as hypocritical as they want, UNTIL CAUGHT) - Breitbart outed him - and he had to explain his actions - thus the ‘intending’ to pass it on.
However he made it worse by going on CNN and stating that he and Gabby are GUN OWNERS - so wtf are they doing wanting a AWB and then all of sudden he goes out and buys an ‘assault’ weapon. Lie upon lie upon lie.
I’m just glad that someone is out there exposing these lying (see Limbaugh Theorem on Obama) hypocritical tyrannical power mad control freaks.
Too bad that the msm was so busy kissing the big os ass that we ended up stuck with him not only once but twice.
Hey did you read the ‘news’ story that to apply for ‘free’ healthcare under the abomination of Obamacare is a 30 page form - to just see if you qualify? I swear that the low information and/or criminal illegal invaders get those forms filled out for them - I tried filling out the Medicaid form for my son (OH separates SSI and Medicaid) - I couldn’t figure half of it out - but got lucky, they sent me a post card with ‘quick’ approval centers - with a income guide on it - we made $200 a year too much to qualify. [And yes, I know they escalated the ‘poverty’ level since the big o took over, so he’d qualify - but under the big o - we wouldn’t apply for anything close to an entitlement - we’d slam everything into a storage unit and rent a trailer before we’d even consider seriously considering such a stupid thing. ‘Entitlements’ used to be a safety net, now they are purely and simply a trap that is undermining and destroying civil, moral society and our FREE Nation] So the guy in the story is ‘reconsidering’ his application - bet he gets a call that he’s been accepted to get him on the good side of the big o.
I’m more sick of this lying crappola than I was of the bs they flung at Bush - because this is hurting every single American citizen - and taking our FREEDOMS and RIGHTS away.
Guess I never read much after the actual story cause I did not hear the carping about him doing a straw deal. Just too much BS going on in this sphere to catch it all it seems.

A couple of interesting points here!
1. In Arizona if you have a valid CCW you do not even need a NICS check! Also if you have Arizona Residence and your CCW or CHL from your previous State of Residence (up to 6 months) is still valid YOU DO NOT NEED A NICS IN AZ!
2. Mark Kelly has lived in AZ less than six months and he has a Texas CHL!
3. His Wife Gabrielle Giffords had (due to her mental state I am not sure if it is still valid) a AZ CCW!
Doth hypocrisy abound here or what?
