  1. Both computers here (Jason’s runs WinXP, mine runs Ubuntu Linux) updated without a hitch, as did the cellphones (Moto Razrs, Silver and Red) and the cable box. Only clocks I had to manually update were the coffeemaker, the microwave, and our alarm clock.

To answer peiper, it was damn near pitch black when I woke at 6:45am. *points to right hand side where the cities visitors box resides* I’m the one listed as ‘California, MD’. We have two sons, ages 7 and 10. The sun was up and bright by the time I got both of them on the bus at 8:20am. Their last day of school is June 14th. So don’t feel bad, a lot of us (including myself) don’t get this whole mess either.  LOL

  2. My Window XP platform performed the time change without incident.  We used the computer clock to reset our numerous house clocks, VCRs, and TVs.

  3. My cable TV box cal tell time again as of 10AM today. The “several hundred bloviating retards in Congress” were Republican by the way. GW signed it.

  4. Yeller Dawg, you is incredibly stupid if you think only Republicans voted for that crap. And Bush signed it because he doesn’t have a line-item veto. He expressed his dislike of that amendment to the Energy Bill but he had to sign it to get the energy initiatives he wanted such as increased exploration for new oil and tax incentives to encourage more drilling. The DST crap was co-sponsored by a Donk and a Repug.

Now go back to your DINO dawghouse and chew on that bone.

    nah-nah

  5. Republican majority I mean to say.

  6. Bark! Bark! Bark!

    LOL

  7. A Republican majority in the House since 1994 and no Line Item Veto; Clinton was for the Line Item Veto.

A Republican majority in both Houses and a Republican President and still no Line Item Veto.  What did Republicans do in Congress other than piss off Conservatives?
