  1. I stayed at the Frotenac Hotel in Quebec City.  Stuffed full of fur trappers.  It’s the same sort of deal.

Cigars were $100 and hey made a living over-charging Americans.  I didn’t buy cigars but I did buy Scotch.  I paid way too much.

This is Tundra Country for sure.  Only go in June. island  cool smile  island

The nicest store in their “mall” was an old Sears.  Don’t move to Canada.

  5. Are you sure the Frontenac is such a cheap place.  Like I said, I don’t smoke cigars.  I thought the Frontenac was better than the La Grand Hotel, across the street from the Old Paris Opera in Paris.  I’m sure the German Generals stood on the same balcony as I did when they owned Paris and were bombing London.  Now the Ambassador in Rome was really nice.  We all know that when the American forces came stolling into Rome they picked the Ambassador to set up their command of Italy.  I would of too.

I know what you EuroPeons think of Americans.  I have worked for EuroPeon companies for far to long.  Not all Americans are bad people bulldog.  Don’t believe everything you read in your British newspapers. uk_flag

  8. we made a mistake not bombing the La Grand hotel.  it caught on fire when we were staying there because these cheap ass French ran the electricity on the outside of the building and it was installed 300 years ago and this place is nothing more than a fire trap.  my wife reported the fire and these frenchies at the front desk PRETEND they don’t speak English.  so my wife just started screaming in the phone FIRE, FIRE, FIRE.

the pareesian firefighters show up and try and get my wife out of the room but she won’t go because she is putting on her makeup and she wasn’t done yet.  the company had rented out the OLD Paris Oprea for the night and it was formal.  like i said, my wife is DAR and when she gets something in her mind she can’t be stopped, it’s DNA.  of course she won, we stayed, and i have photos of pareesian firefighters sillouetted against the lights of the old Paris Oprea standing on our balcony.  i will email that photo to the Skipper but he NEVER posts anything i send him.

in the 40’s the the Brits didn’t have smart bombs so if they were to bomb the La Grand you would have bombed the oprea too.  if the French cause anybody any shit today we could flatten that fire hazzard La Grand and leave all surrounding buildings intact. bomb  it was smart to leave the louve intact too because the French stole all that egyptian stuff.  i also have a photo of the louve at the point of the inverted pyramid.  i won’t send that one to the Skipper.  i call it convergence to dispersion.  it’s an economic thing.  speaking of stealing the egyption stuff, how about those romans?  remember who was the mother of thooz boys who founded rome?  propeller

  9. Nice place but a bit out of my budget. I am planning my holiday in Banff shiortly so I will let you know what it’s like!

Actually Zed we pinched a lot of the stuff the French had looted from Egypt including the Rosetta stone when we wiped out their fleet at the Battle of the Nile. We also picked up some nice marbles in Greece that the slippery sods want returned!
Regarding what you said about not all Americans are bad people. I quite agree but unfortunately the moonbats in Britain have sold a different story to the gullible public.

This is the kind of crap that pisses me off regarding the treatment of Americans in Europe nowadays. I like a bit of banter but it seems to me that things are getting nasty. Though not surprising when you consider it is in London and there aren’t many English people left there these days.

  11. that’s in the Canadian west, right?  i’m not going to QueerBec City again any time soon.  they don’t speak english there either.  the canadian newspapers will slime somebody by calling them “American Like.” that will kill a candian politician in the east.  i would like to go out west, my daughter has just moved to oregon.

Even in the US the newspapers hate Americans.

We need Bill Clinton telling the world how sorry we are for being Americans. monkey flag  monkey
