1. What would you like to bet the ACLU won’t step in and support this kid who’s standing up for his First Amendment rights?  After all, they wouldn’t want to offend the Obamessiah!

2. 1) the kid is white

   2) had he made a shirt that said “Kill McCain with a spear while he’s ass raping Palin” with a drawing he would have received an “A+” for the project. And probably for the whole academic year.

   So no, I won’t take the bet. Not even at 10,000:1 odds. It’s a guarantee that ACLU will do nothing.

3. The boy’s father says he intends to pursue a lawsuit against the district.
