   I saw somewhere that Tucker Carlson is joining the MSNBC team. With Joe Scarborough and Tucker, MSNBC will have a total of Two reasonable souls.

2. Hey everyone,

   I hate to say it, but I think living wills will become meaningless.  Since the default now is death (as in the Terri Schiavo case), then who’s to say that if we make out a legitimate living will, properly witnessed and signed, that some adulterous spouse won’t come around and get a judge to invalidate it?  I wrote about this in my latest (and final) Terri Schiavo post.  Check it out here:
