2. There is more:

   According to Legal Insurrection the knife was illegal in the City of Baltimore, so Maryland law isn’t involved. That the police had nano seconds in which to determine (or not) the exact design of the knife is not relevant to their pursuit and/or probable cause. But more importantly - isn’t the possession of a lethal weapon a parole violation for a felon? Or is not, just in MD?

   A couple of more tidbits:

   In the Brown case in MO - the Grand Jury sat for 100 days before reaching a decision.
   In the Garner case in NY - the Grand Jury sat for 140 days before reaching a decision.

   Why no Grand Jury and how is it reasonable that Ms Mosley leveled the charges within 12 hours of getting the Police Investigation and autopsy? Is that the way, it’s always done in MD?

   And Ms White is incorrectly identified (wrong middle initial) as was Lt Rice.

   Fast, sloppy and probably wrong.

   The future of this case will be interesting.

   Baltimore is the Left fighting the Left over the failed policies of the Left.
