4. How much you want to bet she can shoot it fairly well? Well, maybe not from standing position, but off the bench? With an AK you get 2 recoil impulses for each shot, but both are really minor. A 4 year old could handle it.

6. I gotta admit, I’ve been hearing all my life that a kid should learn to handle a gun, and start learning the judgment that goes with it, as soon as they are big enough to keep both ends off the ground. Looks like they caught her right at the leading edge of the wave.

7. Drew, I ain’t betting against her.  She has a rather confident smile on her pretty little face.  (I wouldn’t saddle the kid with that cursed folding stock mess, but that’s just my taste.) I hope she can shoot it, frankly; basic operation of firearms is a skill required for any human being along with operating a motor vehicle, reading, writing, basic mathematics and logic.

   If she’s in my neighborhood, I’ll be happy to help tutor her in any of the above, when appropriate.  And her brothers and sisters.

   The fact the rifle is about as long as she is tall doesn’t make the photo any less ‘cute’.  Like I said, someone had to say it.
