That’s a blue state talking. No matter how retarded the individual acts, it’s not their fault. Horse-shit!
A prime example of a bureaucrat spending money he didn’t work for.
No problems like that here in Richmond, where trash collection is the homeowners’ responsibility. Either you go to the dump or hire a private contractor to pick up your trash. You should see how the contractors’ drivers hustle. Makes me tired thinking about keeping that pace all day long.
