1. The trial - keeps US from becoming THEM! Civilization has certain foundational stones and when we start breaking them apart - we descend to the level of these sub-human barbarians.

2. But Wardmom ... don’t they take themselves out of the game by what they do? Besides, if the sewer is where they are, where else can we go to take em out? And in the case of these two miserable life forms, what they did was so public I can see no logic in going thru the motions of a trial. Ok ,,, on the other hand ,, if we’re going to worry about descending to that level and don’t feel comfortable with that, then we need to hire and train people who have no problem doing the needed work. They know how our system works and use it against us.
   There are stories (not certain about confirmation) of finding more bodies left by those terrorists last week, and it doesn’t sound pretty. It’s like they enjoyed inflicting pain first and even on children. Again, not confirmed but in print non the less. Those are not the sort of folks that belong to an intl. treaty of some kind, that they can be held to. Oh no. Only us.

3. They proudly admit their guilt, they were seen committing the murder, there is no question as to their guilt.  There is no need for a trail in a case like this.  No need to waste the resources.  Just decide how to put them to death, and do it.
