Let the circus begin!
In my opinion, this is a strategy. The defense is going to do what they can to get grounds for retrial, the scumbags on trial are going to play games to break the monotony of being locked up or sabotage the process and Cheryl Bormann is going to suck up the spotlight any way she can.
I predict things will get worse before one of the judges snap and put them all in restraint chairs including the defense.We can only hope.
Let’s buy everyone else t-shirts that say, “KISS MY ASS!”
BTW: Notice how Eric Holder is keeping totally quiet about all this when he was the one insisting on bring the trials to New York City and it would ‘be no problem’ and the trials wouldn’t turn into a circus......

Doc ... someone writing in a journal here said pretty much that. They think this thing will be dragged out for quite awhile.
And btw TimO, right on re. Holder cos now you mention it I do recall the claims that there wouldn’t be any problems.
What a damn mess this is. Why can’t we simply shoot the bastards or maybe drop them out of a plane over a swampy part of Florida or Louisiana. Seems fair to me. And that loud mouthed lawyer too.Hmmm, how far could one of the family members go without crossing the line that would get them thrown out of court?

Given these people were involved in the killing of innocent Americans (supposedly in accordance with their religion), I do not understand how any American can honor that religion. I would do whatever I could to be offensive to those people without getting kicked out of the courtroom.

I can’t understand how our system has been allowed to reach this level. I mean, yeah. I know who is behind it all and they’ve been busy for many years. But I just can’t seem to grasp how we let it happen with almost no fight.Peiper - it is like the AMA and of course the teachers, fire & police - they infiltrate the leadership - and then sit on the IA boards so that these anti-Americans can never, ever be reprimanded or fired.
And if all else fails - they leave state A and move to state B - which apparently doesn’t even bother to see if their license was revoked in another state.
Talk about protecting the incompetent - which is why they also altered the state control of Senator elections and of course turning the crapweasels job in DC from Public Servant to Benevolent Overlords.
Reading Michelle Malkin’s blog - there are four military posts set up with live feeds for the families to watch the proceedings. A blogger from milbloggers said that these antics aimed at getting lamestream media attention - aren’t working as on Sat alone - half the media ‘journ0lists’ left due to boredom.
It will be interesting to see if this continues or if the military people in charge actually understand their role in this and take back control.
