I lost all respect for Walter Cronkite when he called for the establishment of a standing UN Army:
“It seems to many of us that if we are to avoid the eventual catastrophic world conflict we must strengthen the United Nations as a first step toward a world government patterned after our own government with a legislature, executive and judiciary, and police to enforce its international laws and keep the peace. To do that, of course, we Americans will have to yield up some of our sovereignty. That would be a bitter pill. It would take a lot of courage, a lot of faith in the new order. But the American colonies did it once and brought forth one of the most nearly perfect unions the world has ever seen.”
Makes me sick.
Where’s Susan Saranwrap and her bedpost Tim Rub-it? Cat got their tongue? Or did they notice a certain “decline” in their flick-popularity during and after the ‘04 election?I hope so…
Actually, you are wrong on the “never a more shrill voice than Hitlery” part. You forgot those vaginal asshats Pelosi, Boxer, Garofalo, Streisand, and Tim Robbins AND his 2-legged, tail-less bitch whose name escapes me right now.
Um...Susan Sarandon?
This will be a flop, just like Air America. If a place is not worth going to, few if any go there.
I agree, Frank, but you may safely bet your bottom dollar that the only comments that will not be censored are comments that display only the most vapid kind of agreement, in the mode of Pavlovian claquery.
If any agreement looks too good (and especially if it looks better than their own presentation!), they will nix it, along with any and all disagreement.
Muzzling opponents is only half the job. If you let yourself be outshone by underlings, you yourself may become the underling.
Hope you don’t have to wear a gas mask, my friend.
I’d like to sacrifice THEM for the kingdom.
What is the meaning of Air America?

Dear Macker,
Thanks for the correction buddy!!
My brain had auto locked-out “brain-dead, foaming-at-the-mouth, red-headed Satanspawn, blood-sucking bitches from Hell” and I couldn’t find the reboot switch.
Come to think of it, that might of been a good thing!
