  1. Looks like the Party of Treason wants a replay of Vietnam 1975.  The Donks cut all funding to the South Vietnamese and we then witnessed a conventional invasion by five NVA armored divisions.

    All this resulted in the fall of Laos and Cambodia with the institution of the killing fields/re-education camps.

    To all those folks who wanted to “send the Republicans a message”, hope you’re happy!

  2. Let them get sidetracked. Just pray the GOP is keeping careful records to use this in ‘08. “Remember how they said x,y,z in the ‘first 100 hours’? Didn’t get done. Lies as usual!” In politics, everything you do can and will be used against you.

    On the other hand, it makes it look like Cindy Shitcan and her protesters really are in charge of the DNC. Oh Lord. But hey, the GOP can use that too!

  3. But I see this as the perfect way for Bush to keep the lunatic left busy for the next 18 months and unable to pass anything other than their noxious gas - schedule a speech every Wednesday on one important topic (Iraq, SS, immigration etc) declaring that he is going to make a major announcement. Keep ‘em busy, confused, off their task.

    Works for me, his only other recourse is a veto. Which means either way, nothing gets done for the next 18 months, which is probably the safest road for America.

    Someone, just might want to point out to the msm, anti-war ‘movement’ and the dnc that had they not ‘inhaled’ in the 60s we might not be doing a Vietnam redo in the turn of the new millenium. I grew up and left that behind, for the sake of America, they ought to too.

  4. ...the president’s Captain Queeg-like inability to own up to mistakes,… When you put a man like that in a position of power — the kind of position where he can punish people who tell him what he doesn’t want to hear, and base policy decisions on the advice of people who play to his vanity — it’s a recipe for disaster.

    This could have been written about B.J. Clintoon…

  5. Looks like Speaker Nancy is giving a salute much like the real Hiler did…

  6. A CBS News poll released Thursday found that 45 percent of voters want the Democratic Congress to focus on Iraq, a figure that far outstripped the percentages for the economy and jobs, at 7 percent;

    That’s because maybe 93% of the people surveyed realize how good the economy is and how any governmet interference (like, say, raising minimum wage) will just f**k it up.

  7. Starting with H.R.1 the dems want to sell out to the Ununited nations. Pass it on, loud, call for them to resign censored
