  1. This is waiting to be heard by the Supreme Court - good luck in that - as for TX - they are working on an express lane for execution - good luck in that too Ms Carty.
Linda claimed that she was framed by the other 3 defendants (something about working as an informant for the DEA)and she’s the one on death row?
It was claimed that the other 3 defendants did not get the death penalty because they testified against her - all 3?
And finally - there were 2 living witnesses left - just go to the trial transcript to read what they testified to - bet THAT is why Ms Carty is on death row - not any of the other bs.

I guess this foaming at the mouth moonbat had nothing better to do than foment rage against the US for the pending execution of a woman who killed a woman for her 3 day old baby - she was lucky enough to have been born in St Kitts - been in the US since the 1980s and thus is an British citizen? So what - who cares certainly not the husband/partner and the 7 year old child who never knew her mother - for what reason - so this brain dead b*tch could have a child.

Wow - as you said - nothing like getting pissed off to wake up.

  2. mmm, toasty! Welcome to Texas, “small fry”.

I’ve been to St. Kitts, harbor for the greatest pirate fleet to ever set sail. Lovely peaceful little island. Should’ve stayed. She went to the US ages ago, and then committed a really heinous crime. In Texas? You’re gonna burn bitch.

  3. Clueless arent they. Like the US has a policy on the DP. Its a states thing but why should this asshat even bother to do the homework required.Sleep well Peiper.

  4. But the Texan authorities made no attempt to discover Carty’s nationality when they arrested her,

Yes, the first thing I would do is establish nationality. Last time I checked, it is illegal to discriminate based on national origin.

Oh, she’s black? So what? What color was her victim?

  5. Um, red, when the crime was over.

  6. There is something very, very important left out of this British ‘take’ on this crime -
    1) the victim was a white female - why would a black woman steal a white woman’s baby (female) ‘to pass off as her own’?
    2) the victims ‘partner’ was a Mexican (ok, Hispanic surname) - was he the baby’s father?
    3) two ‘eye witnesses’ identified 4 men going into the apartment - possible given the appearance of Carty to be explained away and were these the two survivors at the scene of the crime (or two defense ‘eye witnesses’)?
    4) Carty has a 24 year old daughter - why is she kidnapping a newborn baby to ‘pass off as her own’?

As I said - I have the feeling that these questions are answered in the trial transcript and are why Carty is on death row and not the 3 other perps.
