  1. LAW - ENFORCEMENT = ZERO

    I was at a hospital entrance with a sign “NO SMOKING CLOSER THAN HERE” and a crowd smoking and ignoring it.  Either move the sign or enforce the rule.  Causes contempt for legitimate authority.
