1. The IRS will become Obama’s Cossacks.  Pulling up, taking you into custody,throwing your family onto the street as they pillage your property and dismantle your life, and you will be taken into “indefinite detention” and held without charges, or communication, or access to council.  I hate this president and his toadies and his GOD SOROS so bad it aches.

2. Fine, penalty, tax? The war of the words goes on and on.

   Light the fuse and amble away from the bomb.

   CJ Roberts is probably laughing his ass off right now whilst he and his wife, Jane Sullivan Roberts, are socalizing in a small pub in Co. Clare Ireland where they have a holiday home in the Shannon area.

3. And what happened on Day 1 of the verbal arguments for the ACA in front of the SCOTUS? That’s right - Everyone agreed it was not a tax. While I like some of the creative interpretations I’ve read since the ruling, how is this decision legal at all? The SCOTUS cannot hear an argument against taxes until the tax has been assessed, and yet they ruled this was a tax anyways.

4. IF it is NOT A TAX then why is/are IRS AGENTS IN THE LAW and BEING HIRED? The only thing IRS AGENTS DO IS COLLECT TAXES and MAKE SURE PEOPLE PAY TAXES.

   These crapweasels in DC shot themselves in the foot - they thought that all the state media proproganda (Bush Lied People Died, Mission Accomplished bs) was correct and 100% of the sheeple believed it - and then they used ACORN and the NBPP to commit election fraud so that the Dems held the WH, House and Senate and STILL they could not pass this pos bill without cheating and twisting rules (yeah, yeah - Reid took a bill FROM the House, stripped it bare and inserted 2000 pages of Federal Government Power grabbing takeover powers - it still is a tax bill originating in the Senate) - and now Freedom, Liberty and the American Dream are on the mat.

   Too bad that they don’t realize that Americans don’t give up and don’t quit.

   I just hope that squishy Rommey is up to the task at hand - and that enough people are sick and tired of DC attempting to turn us into the former USSR or worse Afghanistan.

   The lying coward on the court should be shot.

5. BTW - the count of states opting out of O’care is up to 24 - only 8 more to go to be a 2/3rds majority - wonder if all the ‘vulnerable’ candidates in these states and the (at least 8 sitting on the fence) will pander to the REPEAL (since that is at least 64% of the population) or stand with the big o? Considering how many Dems are fleeing the sinking ship this far out of the election - I’d come down on the pandering side!
