1. Never forget, he is the “alleged” shooter.  Until he is convicted in a court of law, he technically isn’t a killer either.

2. Upon hearing of this incident ,The health and safety commision in Britain has issued an advisory to patrons to resist using dangerous chairs during attampts to subdue other unruly patrons.Patrons should issue a report and await a review of the commision before any further action. Penalties will be issued for non complience.
