   What I’m surprised about is that more blacks haven’t called out their so called “leaders” on the fact that they are simply reactionary media hounds.  If they really cared about the plight of other blacks, maybe they’d be doing more to improve the lives of young blacks before they find themselves knee-deep in trouble.

   As for the lacrosse “team,”...lack of DNA evidence doesn’t necessarily mean that a rape didn’t occur.  Just means it’ll be harder to prove such a case.  Is the girl lying?  Who knows...who cares.  This is a case of low class (a stripper/prostitute?) meeting low class (bunch of college jocks/pricks) and the fallout that comes as a result.

3. That was my thought too, Shin. I have no sympathy for either side in this case. A stripper and a bunch of pampered, arrogant jocks? Bottom of the food chain in either case. For Jackson to jump in just demonstrates more media-whoring than anything else.

4. This is just wonderful....

   Now we will have every black woman student wannabe, yelling rape, and racism, etc, and trying to get as much publicity as possible.

   The more publicity the better, the Rainbow push will PAY the tuition if you make enough noise, and it DOESN’T have to be the truth either. So if you lie convincigly enough, and are able to accuse as many whites as possible, and media buys it, and racism is splashed ALL over the front pages, then Jesse will pay your tuition.

   Wonderful, just fricking wonderful......

   We will have an outbreak of this nonsense in the near future.

   It’s now been rewarded, it is going to happen even more now…

5. For everyone’s sake, let’s hope not.  I’d like to think that most “Black” women have a bit more dignitity than that.  But judging from music videos these days, I wouldn’t be so sure…

6. Of course, America’s turned away from institutional racism in the form of doing away with Afirmative Action which has proven to be a failure (like all attempts to legislate morality). So now they have found a new way to get the ‘American Dream’ on someone else’s dime - scream rape/racism/hate crime. 

   Sorry, immediately I felt that an ‘exotic’ [euphemism for stripper]dancer who goes alone to a private residence for a party is pretty much asking for either trouble or death. And white jocks who invite a black stripper are showing how really dumb they are. Neither one deserves the sympathy of a single thinking person.

   Cop saw her before the ‘event’ drunk and bruised and 30 minutes from start to ‘escape’ from the house and oh by the way, the DA is in a heated political race to keep his position.

   I vote for garbage case, run on the race card and Duke ought to have the backbone to stand up for it’s guys.

   Screaming rape for any reason other than a real rape - makes it infinately harder for each and every rape case to follow.

   But I guess guys also need to learn - different races and converse socio-economic positions are a prime indicator of a possible ‘rape’ accusation.
