Concrete is highly alkaline and hygroscopic. So it should act as a superb condensation nuclei for cloud formation and overloading. And what hits the ground will be like liming the lawn; it could counteract whatever acid rain they’ve been having. All humor aside, my concern is that this might wind up paving the countryside, or at least dropping some pollution with glue-like properties. Wonderful. It’s just another example that shows that the rest of the world doesn’t give a rat’s ass about environmental impact. They’ll do what they damn please for their own comfort and convenience, Al Gore and tree huggers be damned. So why are we wasting 2 seconds of effort with Crap ‘n Traitor? Stupidest idea ever.
