2. I’ve been watching the proceedings in the Senate as they argue this back and forth.  It slays me to hear them call one another “the distinquished Senahtah” when you know what they really want to say is, “the most distinguished asshole”.  What a complete farce this all is!  These ‘talks’ are ending up as fireside filibusters as the days wear on where the democrats whine and moan to keep the obvious results of an up or down vote from playing out.

3. If they had any substantive reasons for blocking these nominees they would have brought them up, I’m certain. They are too cowardly to give their real reasons publicly. Meanwhile they have shut down committees and are well on the way to shutting down the Senate. I guess every cloud has a silver lining, eh?
