If folks were smart, 10,000 locals would run up with a few miles of 12’ high link fence an some barbed wire spools. Surround the whole bunch, and then apply lots of electricity to the fence. Then walk away. Or put sections of inner tubes over there rifles so they could use the fence as a rest for more accurate shooting, without getting fryed themselves.
