1. Any idea of how badly anyone who gets awarded this medal is going to be abused for it?  I can just hear his peers: “You got an award for not fighting?!?! GET OUT OF MY FOXHOLE!!”

3. Well considering the source of this idea is NATO and except for OUR money and OUR boys doin the fighting I sure dont see a need for it. When was the last time a NATO trooper outside of ours and a few brits for the most part ever lifted a finger in this mess.
   OH,NOW I get it, All the pannsy asses pretending to be soldiers want a medal TOO.

6. The design of the medal should be in the shape of a coffin because that’s what “contagious restraint” is going to get someone.  In combat, I’d want someone who shoots first and asks questions later.

7. How many of our fine Fighting Men and Women will REFUSE to wear it? I’ll bet you ONE DOLLAR that those who DO wear it will mark themselves as those who’ve had to serve under wraps (so to speak) under a policy which is about to be repealed.

9. I believe that we all deserve one of these medals. We, The People have yet to take back our country via violent action. That counts as ‘courageous restraint’ to me.
