1. Well, ain’t that a kick in the nuts.

   I guess NOBODY in the UK is up to speed with Gaston Glock’s product line.

   A Glock 17, as pictured in Peiper’s post, has been built with a smaller frame and adjustable grip inserts since 2011. Probsbly longer.

   

   There is also a slightly smaller pistol the G19, which holds 2 less rounds in the magazine. Do G17 mags fit in G19 pistols? Don’t know; I’m not a Glock Guy. But I bet they do, even though they’d stick out a tiny bit on the bottom.

   The 9x19 (aka “Luger") cartridge is about as small as a full power pistol cartridge gets. If you can’t get your shootin’ paw around a double column mag of these, then ain’t much else gonna fitcha either.

   OTOH, maybe there ought to be some minimum physical size requirements for the job of nuke site guard. Oh noes, that means that all the “little people” may not qualify. Gee, sorry. Me? I want my nuke site guys to be linebacker sized US Marines who then got BA’s in law enforcement from college. Come on already.

2. Well, I don’t have big hands and I find the Glock 21 fits me pretty good. My wife doesn’t have big hand’s and she loves the Glock 21. My daughter is under 100 pounds and very petite - she can shoot the Glock 21 without problem (although she much prefers the FN 5.7).

   I smell something fishy here - are these female police people actually little people?

3. My 5’2” girlfriend handles a 1911 45ACP just fine.  How itsy bitsy are these ladies?  How big of a drooling mouth breather was the judge?  What happened to the days when British judges ruled based on evidence and fact?

   Even the 9th Circuit Court finally got one right.

4. My wife is even more petite and has very small hands even for someone her size. We tried lots of pistols trying to find one that fit her grip AND her reach. Finally settled on the Ruger SP101, a little 5 shot .357 with “detective” sized grips. Fits her perfectly. It’s a great little gun, but I had to go with bigger aftermarket grips to make mine a best fit.
