  2. Solution, simplicity personified:

Ah-Nuld should get rid of all the illegals then there would be plenty of housing.

Ah-Nuld should ensure the right people stay instead of being the ones leaving and that the wrong people staying, leave immediately.

confused INC hated the illegal problem so much, he wouldn’t have me live there, so he came here to live. cheese

  3. The whole EPA/environmentalism thing is part of the reason why housing costs double what it is in AZ. Where my family lives in SoCal, there was/is going to be a big ol’ golf course/housing development in the hills. But this little thing called the kangaroo rat has put that on hold indefinitely. Said to be endangered/threatened/whatever, but turns out there were some “irregularities” in the original population count in the 70’s. It is being reviewed at this time (I think).

Always struck me as odd that this rat with a habitat as big as it has is protected. Now it seems we know why.

(Full disclosure: I don’t want the housing development to go there any more than the enviro-wackos so; just for different reasons: I could care less about some stupid Hanta-virus-carrying rats; it would just be bad, both in terms of traffic (those almost country roads couldn’t take it); and that, while for a couple months during the winter those hills are green, with the houses there it would be “earth-tone” all year round.)
