That was very interesting - Problem is - the FORGOTTEN MAN is the one who is suppose to have the most control of the country and bit by bit - the crapweasels in DC have taken it away.
Fix America - Easy:
1) Repeal the 16th (Federal Income Tax), the 17th (direct election of Senators), the 26th - or establish ONE age for all majority, and expand the 22nd to include all Congressional members to a limit of two terms
2) Dissolve the Fed Res - go back on the gold standard - and stop printing inflationary phony weak money
3) Congress meets twice a year for two weeks - get rid of all the regulating, double dealing back room money laundering scams - Defense of the Nation foreign and domestic is all the Federal Government needs to be sticking their grimy little fingers in
4)Set forever the Supreme Court back to the original 6 justices - to prevent Court packing and/or the expansion of the Court
It would be a great big start to fixing America and getting her back to the original Constitutional run government - and look progressives - not a cut of a vital program listed, sort of.

Great work Christopher, that’s an excellent link to follow.
It gets even better.
My buddy in Afghanistan put me on to this. I also found you can buy a copy fairly cheap.

I ordered two, one for me, one for my friend.
And wardmama, I heartily endorse number one. I won’t oppose number two.
Number three, a little more iffy. I suggest that Congress isn’t allowed air conditioning. Prior to the invention of air conditioning, Congress (except in emergencies) went home and was not in session. I see no need for taxpayers to pay for air conditioning for Congress.
Number four. No, the Supreme Court should always be an odd number. The country doesn’t need ties on the Supreme Court. There are other ways. Congress can, and should, limit the areas the Court can judge.
Dear Rich K,
I didn’t spread any ideas, I was just promoting art. That is a very good painting of our Community Organizer. With all previous Presidents behind him.
Great work Christopher, that’s an excellent link to follow.
Thanks Drew, I do have moments of sanity.
Ok Christopher I give you number 4 - up it to 7 but no more (Read how FDR attempted to up it to ‘possible’ 15) - It really should be 3 - we don’t need that many ‘justices’ deciding what the Constitution says about things. It is just more unwieldy and expansive Federal Government telling us what we can and can not do on our own dime.
Get right down to it wardmama, the Constitution doesn’t give the Supreme Court the power to void a law. Marbury v. Madison was a usurpation of power from the legislature. The States could ‘nullify’ an unConstitutional law before this ‘decision’.
The current practice of putting any old crap into law and then waiting around a decade until the Supremes call it un and get rid of it is abhorrent.
Wasn’t there something in that recent Contract With America or whatever Boner called it, that any new bill would have to prove it’s constitutionality ahead of time?
No, we don’t need to saddle the Supreme Court with this kind of tripe. The states and most honest and educated citizens can tell right away. The trick is finding honest ones, honorable ones who can look past their own political slant and/or emotional reaction, and actually examine the law and the Constitution and see what goes where.
I was poking at wardmama actually.Geez you so vain. Its all about you,,,lol
If there is anyone who would know what sedition is - it is the Democrat Party Leadership Committee!
And yes, I think every, single piece of legislation from the crapweasels in DC must show exactly in the Constitution - where/how it is CONSTITUTIONAL.
And I agree the Supremes have become another avenue to rip States Rights (10th Amendment) to shreds.
