4. KnightHawk67:  Get out of my head.  I was basically thinking along the same lines…

   Get a list of the government approved description of race designations, as used on their own forms.  Write back to the council demanding that they demonstrate where you referred to any specific race according to that list in a derogatory manner.

   Build a case in writing, then sue their miserable council for every penny it has.  Bankrupt the bastards.

   Damn, I’m ornery tonight. ;)
