1. If the donks ever regain power in this country, it may well be doomed in 5 minutes.  We’re already coming apart at the seams.  If they manage to find enough dead people and illegal aliens that can vote them into power, then watch out!

2. The donks will practice fiscal restraint only to the extent that they refrain from trying to buy voters like cattle.

   That was, at the bottom line, what the so-called “Great Society” of LBJ days was all about.  The so-called “war on poverty” etc. etc. etc. existed only as propagandistic eyewash.  Those trillions in transfer payments were (and remain) the price of donk supremacy in government, and little more.

   Otherwise, the poverty statistics would not have stayed so suspiciously stable for the duration.

6. Democrats don’t know fiscal restraint - or responsibility. But the more that they keep harping on stuff (and coming out against each other) the easier it will be for Republicans, conservatives and Indys to get elected. It shall be fun to watch this fall - I’m betting that the dems will be screaming ‘voter intimidation’ before the last polls close.

   BTW, doom, gloom and failure are the watchwords for the DNC these days - amazing how things changed from greatness to disaster in the drop of the hat in 2001 - I have more belief that it was 9/11 and not the election of Bush that turned things upside down. But then I also believe that America is a great place to live as long as we keep the moonbats under control.
