  1. This was OUTSTANDING news to wake up to this morning.

What a COOL birthday present for my husband (He turns 29 today) beerparty

  2. The French are already crying about this. They want reassurance it was a “clean kill” wtf? Good riddance to bad rubbish I say. The only disappointing thing is he probably didn’t suffer, unlike his victims.

  5. I hope that he finds that his “72 virgins” are all like Hillary Clinton or Madeliene Half-bright.

ANd to our spec-op guys (and anybody else who contributed to this noble cause) a big heartfelt THANK YOU and an OOO-Rah!!!

  6. Clean Kill question excaim question wtf question

The sack of camel dung does look rather “intact”, all things considered…
All that should remain is hair, teeth and an eyeball or two… banghead

  7. He’ll get his 72 virgins.  Half of them are ugly camels and the other half are mountain goats.  Oh wait...Hillary and Madeliene...same difference.

I still want to know if the 72 virgins are perpetually virgins because the person getting them would be incapable of doing anything to change their virginity status.

And to those who sent him there to find out, a great job well done.  I’m just sorry they will have to endure the MSM, libtards, and moonbats who will decry this s**tbag’s demise.

  8. Let the bodies hit the floor
Let the bodies hit the floor
Let the bodies hit the floor
Let the bodies hit the ...
    FLOOR!

    Glad that POS is gone.

A BIG thank-you to all who made it happen.

I’m taking the kids out for Ice Cream.

  9. It’s a downright lovely photo. Unfortunately, many more to go—over many years. Welcome to the REAL WORLD War One folks.

  10. When will we learn that the only people in that house with him were pregnant widows and war orphans?

Actually, it seems the price the Sunnis had to pay to get into the Iraqi government was al-Z’s head. Just hours after he was popped, the Iraqi govt announced that the Defense Minister’s post had been given to a Sunni. Now the three main groups, Shia, Sunni and Kurds have major power within the new government.

    Hey, whatever it takes!

  11. This was my birthday present too! How old? I’m ... [mumble mumble cough] ... 52.

Happy birthday to Severa’s husband too. Us Geminis gotta stick together.

  12. Yeah the moonbats are already at it -

he’s been dead for months and Rove ordered it out now ‘cuz Bush is in trouble

Rove ordered this to mute the coverage of the Marriage Amendment failure

‘I don’t think that Zarqawi is himself responsible for the killings of hundreds of thousands of people in Iraq . . .I think George Bush is’ (Michael Berg responding to questions about al-zarqawi’s death)

All I can say is that I really, really don’t feel that Bush and/or Rove are all that powerful . . .but if they are, isn’t is stupid to piss them off?!? And God how I’d love to meet them!

For the American Armed Forces participating in this operation - WAY TO GO!

  13. Second thought on this to confound the barking moonbats (maybe, just maybe one of them could answer this one):

Oil prices dropped upon hearing of al-zarqawi’s death - uh, what does that mean to the ‘BushCo war for oil/war for corporate profit’ reasoning as to why America is in Iraq?

This means that gas prices might actually drop which reduces all those greedy oil co. profits and obscene incomes/perks [actually I think our ‘elected’ Congress critter make more obscene incomes/perks than most corporate ceos as the ceos actually provide something to the consumers they suck money from]

Another stupid barking moonbat ‘factoid’ shown to be lie it always was.

  14. He will rot in hell. And not until his carcass becomes dust. He will rot forever.
Now wait for the MSM analysis of the collateral casualties of this Surgical Strike, because, during a Republican Administration, not even good news are good news (What Agenda?). These Islamist bastards sorround themselves with children and women in order to prevent what he actually couldn’t this time (HAH). He understand that Libtards in Congress here in the US will freak out and question our brave soldiers should an inocent (my behind) person resulted injured or killed. That ties the hands of our brave men and women.  Just look at the way the MSM reacts every time the IDF in Israel rocket-delivers a Pali Terrorist to Satanland.
Now, for the funeral, how about testing some Fuel Air Explosive (FAE)Munition?

  15. I have to hurry out to the store to get Fancy Feast cat food for my abyssinian cats.  I understand for a limited time there is a sale on ZARQAWI FLAVOR!  I’m hoping that his 72 virgins all look like America’s most FAMOUS virgin - JANET RENO!  Excuse me while I retch at the thought.

  16. Excellent news!  It, too, made my morning.  Until I read this interview (that Wardmama eluded to) with the father of one of al-Zarqawi beheading victims, Michael Berg:

    http://www.cnn.com/2006/WORLD/meast/06/08/berg.interview/index.html

What a coward.  The thoughts I have about this guy aren’t fit for print.

  17. Too true, Lyndon - I don’t think he suffered at all, which doesn’t do justice to the dozens of innocents whom he decapitated alive with his dull hunting knife. At least he won’t ever be doing it again, thanks to a ton of TNT delivered by the good old USA!! No monster in this world is immune to that.

    OOH RAH guys!

  19. Great job by our troops and allies, Zarkie doen’t look like he slept well and is one ugly POS !  To all those who see this as a success in Iraq and as a set back in their politics, kiss my ass! Anyone who puts politics and agenda in front this war on Terror and that sells out the very countrymen that put their lives on the line every day...move to France!

  20. The Counterterrorism Blog is reporting that Zarqawi’s brother and an al Jezeera reporter were arrested on live television, but I can’t find anything to back that report up.  What have you heard?  Let me know.

Posted by Debbie    United States   06/08/2006  at  07:23 PM

  21. Oops, it was Zarqawi’s brother-in-law, Abu Kadama, not his brother, supposedly arrested in Jordan.  sorry But I still can’t find any other reports on it.

  22. http://www.sweetness-light.com/ has one of the ‘many’ interviews of Michael Berg today. I was just astounded at 0600 when I heard this guy blame Bush for all the deaths in Iraq and that he was ‘saddened’ by al-zarqawi’s death as he wanted to ‘get to know him’ so he could ‘find his motivation’ - - if that isn’t the most nauseating PC drivel I’ve ever heard. While I would never go to the extreme of Fred Goldman (who examplifies bitterness and hate), this pandering, patronizing atonement to not only a cold blooded killer - but one who films it and airs it to the world, is pure garbage. Do you notice all these people who whine ad nauseum about how awful Bush/America is, how we are the cause of 9-11/all the poverty and misery in the world - ALL CONTINUE TO LIVE HERE.

Actions speak louder than words - they know a great country when they see one and most of them just love to hear themselves talk - unfortunately because the lamestream media is also caught up in that self-adoration thing - the rest of us have to listen to them too.
