3. Give me a break…

   The sacreded Geneva Convention of Rules of Warfare, which is followed to the letter by all nations world wide...( ) does not cover non-uniformed combatents, nor does it govern conduct in absence of a declaration of war.

   Or so I was taught many years ago when I was lean and green and in fighting trim…

   If the CIA has them then they are in better hands than anyone they may be holding. As for torture the CIA is much more sophisticated than the old battery and jumper cable routine so popular in movies.

   I suppose we should just shoot them on sight and let Allah sort them out, that would make everybody happy I suppose…

5. Dear Red Cross:

   We are holding Khalid Shaikh Mohammed and Abu Zubayda.  Didn’t you see it on the news?  I’m sure you have the capacity to notify their families.  Since you have no access to them, by what means do you have the ability to state that they have been tortured?  Miss Cleo told you?
