1. WTF.A worker gets killed on the job and OSHA fines the company up to 20 grand.Gee,they moved stuff around and used some equipment.If dad were a farmer everything they did would be legal including operating vehicles on a public road.At least in Minnesota.Go dad

2. He DID use the kids for things that kids that age shouldn’t be doing. But that in itself is a lesson for them. Nothing wrong with bringing kids up quick. Especially these days. All in all, the state is absolutely wrong and the father should be exonerated. But if I ever see a kid on a CAT, well, I’m going to go the other way. BTW. It is not uncommon to see kids not old enough to ride a bike without training wheels driving tractors in KS, NE, OK and all the other farm belt states. ON THE HIGHWAY!!! But their father is driving a pickup in front of ‘em.

   As I said in a recent post ... Washington state is its own revenge.

3. Washington State Wacko’s Coming to Michigan

   The Michigan Realitors ”Group of Scmucks” (Sells Blue Cross) and “other” business groups (Looosers) said they are spending $750,000 to bring in the “Washington Mentality” to help solve the growing crisis and never ending red ink, in the once great state of Michigan.  On Frank Beckman’s WJR radio show their “Dude” said, “And we like the policies of Democrat Governor Vilsack of Iowa.” (Sick) Michigan has the highest unemployment rate in America and a Democrat small business distroying Governor, who I can see is not exercising because of your weight problem.  She certainly needs to be replaced in 2006.

   Yesterday I was talking to Cathy in Detroit and her grown children used to work in their families business as children.  She also told me the IRS came after their family over a $12,000 Jimmy Carter “Tax Shelter”, recommended by their so-called accountant, that happenned 10 years before, so she says throw away that 7 year rule, and after it was all said and done they owed $500,000.  She said she would have happily paid another $12,000 and have been able to just walk away from all the litigation and penalties and compounding and compounding interest.

   I’m going to tell Cathy never mention about her kids workin’ as minors again.  Can you imagine what kind of penalties and compound interest she would owe if Michigan auditors get wind of this with a “Washington Mentality”?

   Cathy also said she hired a German woman that after 2 weeks work wanted her 6 weeks paid vacation with 2 weeks paid at the “spa” by her health insurance.  I told her, “They don’t do that in Germany anymore.  My sister-in-law in Berlin is bitchin’ about all her co-pays now, it’s like an HMO.  But no wonder all those sausage makers on the other side of Berlin wanted to jump that “Wall” and get those “good” Socialist Health Benefits.”

   Ronald Reagan said, “Come on Gorby - tear down this wall.”

   Gorby said, “If I do those “Good” Socialistic Health Insurance “2 week spa visits” will evaporate and all Berliners will end up with a poor quality HMO with co-pays up the wazoo, that’s for sure.  And in America HMOs are as popular as NAZIs.”

   Imagine what compound interest in a tax free PSA in Social Security would be worth, at 67 years of age, if a child at 14 is working and making deposits.  Like Warren Buffett (D-Omaha) says about creating wealth, “Wealth is like a snow ball, the longer the hill, the bigger the ball.”

   FZ says, “Don’t eat the yellow snow.”

I am from Washington state and I just wanted to let you know that our state should now just like California be reffered to as the: “Soviet Socialist Republic of Washington” Our state is already completely strangled by regulations and beaurocrats by the tens of thousands thanks to years of democrats everywhere in government. So what does our new puppet gov who is still trying to steal the election propose first but 5 weeks paid leave for employees of all businesses that would only increase the already overwhelming tax and regulatory burden, not to mention she should not make any proposals whatsoever untill the election is settled.

Because Barbara Bush won’t let Jeb run for President in ‘08, because it would scare too many Democrats, I think Jeb should pack his family up and move to KallamaZOO and become Michigan’s Governor for a spell, by beating the current Bimbo, then run for President in 2016.  Jeb has a proven track record winning in Florida and if he also had the Governor of Michigan on his “record” he would be a shoe in for Prez in 2016 after eight years of say, Senator Chuck Hagel (R-NE) as Commander ‘N’ Cheif.  (Terminator can’t run, sorry)

   With screaming Howard Dean in charge of the Democrats I think those Dems could be out of power for a generation or two, thanks be to Allah.

7. I’m really tired of the tyranny of OSHA.

   A man works all his life to build his business, and tries to educate his sons in the family business…

   As a judge, I’d have dismissed this case with prejudice.

   Did I mention I’m going to run for the local judge? Normally there is no opposition.
