Ya, the wasted space called Congress is good about having show trials about things they know they can’t and won’t do anything about.
But then again, how naive is Li to think she would get a fair shake from the Communist Chinese government. Yes, they are a repressive regime that does not cotton to dissent,DUH!1!!1!!
Rich, Naive? Sure. But then, she’s still a kid but more than that. She’s also an actress. I think we can overlook her being naive.

New movie out called Bridge of Spies with Tom Hank’s. Co starring with him and playing the Soviet spy, Rudolf Abel, is well known British actor, Mark Rylance.
Mr. Rylance addressed a mass gathering in London today, of the Stop the war movement.
Now we can talk about stupid.
He says that instead of bombing, and more killing, we should try talking to the murdering slime we know as, Isis. Or in some quartets, Isil. Whatever.
He isn’t a youngster of with no real experience of the world. He is just, Dohmmmmmmm.
And he isn’t all alone.
The leader of the Labour Party here, came under some fire recently even from members of his own party, because he said in an interview after the Paris killings, that were the Prime Minister, he would not approve of an order that allows police to “shoot to kill”. He is and early Stop the war member, very much left of his own party, which itself is quite left.

1 in 10 of all people in the entertainment biz are idiot progressive morons because they studied the “Arts”, which is where most of the 60’s and 70’s radicals went after the noise died down from vietnam. No, 1 in 10 is right. About half of the 10 got plucked out of primary school because they were so pretty, and have pretty much no education at all. So their worldview is ... limited.
Several percent make so damn much money for playing Pretend that they have lost touch with reality and will believe anything. The remaining 2 or 3 in 10 just go with the flow because they want to be in with the cool kids ... in Hollywood that means getting regular work.
