4. Nope, it does echo, but the spectrum of the quack mimics the echo, thereby making it difficult to locate a duck merely by listening.  The folks on Myth Busters pretty much explained this one.

9. Might be warm in San Antone, but it damn sure ain’t here in Tyler .... It’s 36 with rain and you can start to see the slush starting to collect in the parking lots and on the cars. I parked up on the street.... wasn’t sure that I could get out of the driveway in the morning.
