But the N’Or-Luns cops and courts cut him some slack, since he’d clearly made full use of the opportunities offered by The Mardi Gras, and thereby provided a desperately-needed shot in the arm (heh heh ) to the local economy.
5GRAND! 10 to 1 they never see him again till he is re-arrested for another stupid act!
I agree with CARGUY. This guy is GONE!
This guy should be the Poster Boy for the Dangers of Using Illegal Drugs - can we spell stupid????
I get the drugs and the stuff to ‘cook’ it - but what the heck did he need so many knives for and bullets don’t go with knives.
Again stoooooooopid.
Your questions only prove, wardmama, that you’re not on drugs**. If you were on drugs, all this would make perfect sense to you. Assuming you were alive, that is.
** A technical side issue: I’d substitute ‘hard’ for ‘illegal’ in your post. Marijuana is illegal. Why, I dunno.
What’d’ya expect from a bunch of pot-heads?
Ok, I admit I hesitated on illegal - it’s just such a dumb phrase, like so much in our society to day.
I don’t go for legalization for one reason only - it gets out of hand in our society (sort of like abortion). The people on the for side only see their point of view and are just too damn caught up in it. Then it starts getting rammed down the throats of those who don’t care if you do it (just don’t do it in my house) and then comes the federal money for it (you know those who can’t ‘buy’ their own) and so on and so on and so on.
Best just not even go there. Besides too many of them are cooked up by simply put - idiots - who don’t care how or what they really do. And the rest of us pay for it over and over again.
I guess my point is - do it, don’t do it whatever - just don’t ask me to pay for you or your care when you’re drooling on yourself because you don’t have any functioning braincells left or you mess yourself up in a vehicle accident while high/stoned/drunk. Why should I have to pay for your stupidity and your own free choice?
You never can tell about the TSA - on my recent trip to Florida a Bic lighter in my purse went through both to FL & back...............On the trip to Houston a few days later my Bic lighter was confiscated in St. Louis..........The TSA told me I could obtain a book of matches at one of the airport bookstores which I did............On the return trip from Houston to Chicago & St. Louis my Bic lighter (which I bought in Houston) went through without any problem............seems to me that the TSA protocol differs from day to day............
Ahhhh, American Airport Security - the wonderful place where Darwinism and Murphy’s Law politely take turns.
Well said Wardmama. THE END
OCM: Bad Morning? These work great together!
