Story starts in ‘05 and ends here in ‘08 with apology.  From the one harassed!

 

Well here’s another one we can mull over.  I remember when this happened.  The lady had been harassed for a long time. And I wish you could see the photos which they hardly ever put in their online edition, of the punks she faced.  Yeah,yeah I know.  Ur not supposed to take the law into blah,blah,blah ....
But sometimes ppl get pushed so far, and with hardly any help from the law ... I guess this is one of the results.

1. I can see a documentary Michael Moore will never make, “Great Britain: When Good Governments Go Bad”.  But should.

   Well, actually someone with integrity and talent would be a better choice.

2. "intent to cause fear of violence”?? You mean, they got their feelings hurt because someone stood up to their violence with something that was sort of a gun? Holy shit.

   “intent to cause bodily harm” would have been a better charge IF she’d had a REAL GUN.

   “justified homicide” would have been the best result IF her real gun had REAL AMMO.
