1. Governments and unions both employ those who can not think. Or they command them not to think, which is about the same thing. Follow the rules to the letter always.

   Total lack of common sense.

   On the third hand, EVERYBODY KNOWS what maroons the airport security goons are. So why does everyone keep tempting fate? Ship the damn toy soldier via UPS. Or put it in your checked luggage, tagged with a Caution! Miniature Plastic Toys Inside!! sticker on it.
