Still Stuck On Stupid

 

1. Notice how, whenever Teh One is getting pummeled in the polls, the Birther issue is raised? After the 2010 Congressional Spanking, Teh One’s friend who happened to be the Hawaii governor, brought up the issue, saying he wanted to end it once and for all. I watched this with fascination because I remembered that Hawaii has a law keeping the birth certificate from being released without the consent of the person the certificate was for. For over a week, there were stories about not being able to find the certificate, having found the certificate, the wrong form was found and eventually, on the same day, the Governor said that there was a law against giving out copies of the bertificate without Teh One’s okay and the official in charge of the investigation was fired. The governor, remember, was a close friend of Obama’s and I’m sure he knew enough about the birther issue to know that Obama would have to give permission for ther release of the certificate.

   The Left know that they can use the MSM to paint everyone on the Right as birther idiots. I’ve heard a few theories as to what Obama’s birth certificate might be hiding. Obama’s father might have listed his religion as Muslim or Obama’s stepfather might have changed the form so that Obama’s first name was Barry (that’s what Obama was called as a kid) or the space naming the father might be blank (his mom was pretty wild and there are rumors she hooked up with several black men before the marriage). None make him ineligible to be President, however, although they would be embarrassing. There is simply no evidence that his mom was in Kenya (or the Soviet Union or on Mars) when she gave birth. Besides, she was an American and that makes him an American.

   What really annoys me about this subject is that there are people, such as Andrew Sullivan at The Atlantic Monthly, that harrass Sarah Palin because they think that her baby Trig is in fact Bristol’s baby. Yes, they have spent years claiming that Sarah faked her pregnancy so that Bristol wouldn’t be seen as a teen mom… and then let her be seen as a teen mom several months later. the MSM ignores these idiots when they are at least as moronic as the Birthers. We should just drop the subject.

3. I’m betting that ol Jan just sealed her removal from office for this. AZ’s voters don’t play. Bye Bye Jan, it’s been fun.

   I gotta ask though (Tin foil hat secured in place)

   Taxes were filled by Jan recently, is there something to the timing? Chicago Politics and all…

5. Yup, I think she got arm twisted by DC too. Which might explain her idiotic objections to the bill, or at least the way she expressed them. I’d have much more respect for her if she’d pushed for a better written bill.

6. Can it still be pushed through though in spite of the veto? I personally never gave much credence to the birther stories, but recently I have seen some fairly compelling stuff which has led me to think there is something amiss. It strikes me that Barry could easily debunk this if he wanted too. So why doesn’t he? I’m afraid that as long as he tries to bat it away and twist arms the smell of corruption increases.
