  2. Yup. Personally I like bottom mounted pivot hinges better, but these cost less and work just as well.

    One nice thing about these is that the spring tension can be adjusted in each direction; if you wanted to you could set them up to make it easy to get out of the kitchen but hard to get in, to keep pets and small children from getting underfoot.

    After I did all my research, even contacting the lady at the door company, I found out that the request for these hinges came from the users and not from the owner. Which means this task is a no-go, because the boss ain’t paying for it. Thanks for wasting my time guys.
