1. I’ve heard that .22 LRs won’t penetrate drywall.  I’ve got the pre-fragmented ones (CCI Quik-Shoks) in my S&W 317.

2. yeah, i got lost on the site also......always kept a snakeshot round as the first shot in my .357 revolver, that way there is a better chance of not missing a snake or taxman [RAH] on the first snapshot.  ®

4. There will be No charges filed as long as Joe Deters is in the DAs office. You know the castle doctrine law is about as confusing as Joe Deters being in office, here. Seems as though Hamilton county specializes in great gun laws and stupidity in everything else. I keep wondering how a crowd that elected Jerry Springer and the previous County Commissioners (who attempted to ignore the voters who voted NO to a new jail and passed a special jail levy (all onto themselves) which was then voted down again) elects such a conservative to enforce their conservative laws?

   Makes one wonder all the time. I don’t think the real voters elected The One (tm) from here - I think that the Vote Early/Vote Often caravan pools elected him.

   Cheaters never prosper - I can’t wait until The One (tm) gets his. And I will bet good money it will be from a ‘black’ or a muslim. Vengence is mine, sayth the Lord!

5. Yeah - You knew very well that by posting that link, gun owners like me would be sucked into [ the fascinating ] site for some amount of time.

   However, it isn’t true that only #8 bird shot was tested - he clearly also test 1,2 and 4 and 6. I already knew about the spread size at distance - what I didn’t know was how ineffective the bird shot was at stopping intruders. Holy crap - I’ll be buying 00 tomorrow for sure.
