  1. Terrific!  LOL

And we all discovered, after the Kennedy assassination in Dallas that, altho it was a Federal Crime to shoot the postmaster in BFN* Texas, it was not to shoot the President. So we were treated to the sight of the Dallas Police Department all piling out of their little tiny clown car and ...

In one of Heinlein’s books, all potential laws are reviewed by the “Board of Fools”, or some title like that.  Anyhow, it’s a committee of dumb folks who study the proposed bill; if they understand it, then it can proceed.

  2. With more and more legislators being lawyers the quality of the output has decreased markedly. They’re too slick for our own good. I’d rather see a bunch of farmers making law than lawyers. Farmers know bullshit when they step in it and are familiar with all its uses. None of them have anything to do with law.

  3. I’d be in favor of limiting the number of lawyers in the legislature or banning them completely. I suppose that would be unconstitutional, though. I’m certainly not going to ask a lawyer about that. LOL

Maybe term limit the lawyers? I can hear them yelping now.

I wish I had kept the video from a while ago of the guy shooting a lawyer who kept ducking behind a tree. I think he got a couple of shots into him before he ran out of ammo and casually walked away. The lawyer walked away too. Just goes to show that you can’t kill the undead.

It’s 90% of them that give the rest a bad name.

  4. See what happens when people try to be too PC? Can’t have Horse, Mule or ass in there… have to have equine/equindae instead and wipe out the theft code for $1000-$2500
