Is NJ electoral vote law a blatant violation of the US Constitution?

  1. How long do you think it will be before the ACLU notices this and takes action?  In a situation where literally millions of people could have their votes nullified, doesn’t that involve civil liberties?  Isn’t the Constitution being trampled on?

I’m not holding my breath, the ACLU has been out in the ozone a long time.  There was a time that I actually believed they were doing good.  Now their only goal seems to be to create chaos and make money with b.s. lawsuits.

  2. The US Constitution has become a door mat for liberals. They treat it worse then I treat the Koran.
But heck, all thats needed is for the moonbats to agree to it.
