When the animals tell me to quit calling them names only then will I quit doing so.

lol. Well said Harley. Makes ya wonder though how these folks manage to become employed as anything other then ... ? Can’t think of much of anything they are suited for. To name any one sort of profession or job description would surely be insulting to those in any field I could name.
I have loved all my animals dearly through the years and some have left great memories on my heart but in the end - they are only, simply animals. This confusion of the domestication process - animals are rarely solitary - but rather prefer the company of another - even if it is not their species. Domestication simply transfer that Alpha pack leader or herd friend to a human. That is why it is more cruel to keep a horse alone than it is to keep it in a small enclosure - horses are herd animals and it is emotionally crippling to them to be alone. Cats on the other hand prefer a bit of ‘only child’ time - although when young they do so love a litter mate (or two).
This is just another OneWorldGlobalization of all things into a melting pot of divisive and ‘religious’ differences (note that the very people extolling the fairness and justice of all - continually point out the ‘more’ fairness and ‘more’ equalness of some people/groups) that is weakening and destroying the Individual, Freedom and more importantly the uniqueness of Humanity.
Next the vegetarians just might have to realize that they are killing and eating the offspring of their revered ‘plant life’.
And yes, just as plants are renewable by seeds - so are animals - and humans. In that sense we are all connected but connection is not nor ever will be the exact same thing.
