1. OK - now the Lame Ducks are after the Internet (S3804 - Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act) voted unanimously (that’s 7 Republicans) out of Committee to put the bill forward for a vote, to go with S510 (the Food Safety Modernization Act) and the Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors (DREAM)Act has reared it’s ugly head yet again.

   Combine that with LaHood attempting to rig it so that cell phones can’t be used in cars, and of course Incompatano and her TSA gestapo groping all except the terrorists (and muslim women) - We The People are being ruled by fiat and scr*wed if We Don’t stand up and Fight back.

   This is going to get ugly - very ugly.

2. ”...against unreasonable searches and seizures...”

   And there’s the rub.  The Dems are already on the news channels saying that the new policies are reasonable in light of the terrorist threat.  You know, kinda like the way the Nazis said that it was ‘reasonable’ to round up all those pesky people and heard them onto trains for the camps....

4. Amen AG - if and with the lunatic Left, it is a big IF - If everyone who stepped onto a plane (any plane) went through the same bs - I’d sort of buy it. But like everything else - there is ONE LAW/RULE for the ‘people’ and those ‘chosen few’ are exempt. However, in this case, the very people who precipitated this mess - ARE AMONG THE EXEMPT. And that is so stupid as to defy reality.

   Thus - It isn’t about Safety, It isn’t about Security, It isn’t about Stopping Terrorism - IT IS ABOUT CONTROL.

   And yes it is unreasonable as We The People are guilty until proven innocent and this bs groping/scanning is a reactive not a proactive decision. And as with above - IF the very people who are the cause of this entire situation aren’t subjected to the same scrutiny - then this is NOT about Security or Terrorism at all - It is about CONTROL.

   Prove me wrong - do not allow the pilots/attendants, Congressmen, and most especially Muslims to avoid the exact same treatment. Otherwise, I stand by my belief that this is solely about taking away Freedom & Liberty, is un-Constitutional and is about Control.
