    Well, yes, they are, but only because I’m not in a hell-hole like a NHS hospital.

    Of course, here in the states we’re only a few years away from the same situation unless the abomination known as obamacare is repealed.

  3. And some things get worse yet.
    Our hospital here in Winchester is good. I’ve only spent one night so that doesn’t make me any expert. But the care and the staff were first rate. But having said that, am I still concerned?  You bet your sweet bippy as used to be said.  But I have to tell ya, my experience one time after surgery in a hospital in Riverside,Ca. was a nightmare. OK, not quite like what I posted. Hospitals anywhere, fergit it. I dread the thought of it.
