SO, THIS BLIND(?) SOB KILLS AND GETS LIFE BUT REALLY IT’S 13 YEARS. ?

 

Monaghan was sentenced to 13 years in prison after which it will be decided whether he is fit to be released.

I really must be out of it. I don’t understand the thinking here. Or the sentence. Whoa ... I don’t understand the sentense either.

Why should anyone who takes another persons life away in cold blood, be granted any sort of consideration? Fit to be released?  What’s with that?
Gee, nice to know the law’s on our side.  barf!

1. well you would not want to hurt the poor murderers feeling would you, maybe 13 years hanging by his neck then see if he is fit for release, I hear some women like well hung men!!

2. I think you’re missing the point.  This happened in the U.K. and since it didn’t involve a gun, it’s not so bad.
